This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings and services provided through FlightsReservationDesk.com, operated by Travelofare Trips Pvt. Ltd.. By using our flight booking and assistance services, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Independent Travel Agency

Flights Reservation Desk is an independent third-party travel agency. We assist travelers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and refund processing in accordance with airline fare rules and policies.

We are not an airline and do not operate flights. All refunds and travel-related decisions remain subject to airline policies.


2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

For eligible bookings, customers may request cancellation within 24 hours from the time of booking. Where permitted under airline fare rules, a full or partial refund may apply.

Please note:

  • Eligibility depends on airline policy and ticket type
  • Some promotional or restricted fares may not qualify
  • Service fees and applicable taxes may still apply

Our team will inform you of eligibility at the time of cancellation.


3. Airline Fare Rules

Each airline sets its own cancellation, change, and refund conditions. These rules vary depending on:

  • Date & time of cancellation

Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with airline policies.


4. Service Fees

Flights Reservation Desk charges service fees for booking, change, cancellation, and refund processing support.

Service Fees are Refundable If a refund is approved, our service fees are refundable, except for:

  • Government taxes
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Bank processing fees

These amounts are non-refundable once charged by the provider.


5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed by Flights Reservation Desk after receiving confirmation from the airline.

Refund timelines may vary depending on:

  • Airline processing time
  • Bank settlement time
  • Payment mode used

Generally, refunds may take between 7–30 business days from the date the airline approves the refund.

Customers will be notified via email once refund processing begins.


6. No-Show & Late Cancellation

If a passenger fails to board (no-show) or requests cancellation after departure time, refunds may not be permitted under airline policy.

Where eligible, airline penalties may apply.


7. Non-Refundable Tickets

Some tickets may be fully non-refundable. In such cases:

  • No ticket refund is issued by the airline
  • A credit voucher may be issued instead (where permitted)
  • Service fees remain non-refundable except as stated above

8. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only a portion of the fare may be refundable after airline deductions. Our team will advise you of the refund amount before processing.


9. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us immediately. We will review the transaction and process a refund where appropriate.


10. Refund Status

You may contact our support team anytime to check the status of your refund request.


11. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of airline or agency terms.
